2 Live Crew: Get It Girl live at the old Miami Stadium
This 2 Live Crew concert was shot at Allapattah's Miami Stadium (aka Bobby Maduro Stadium), which was also the Baltimore Orioles spring training home for decades. Before the Marlins started playing in 1993, spring training was the only chance to see pro ball in Miami. My dad used to take me to Orioles games every March - I distinctly remember going to an Orioles/Mets game in 1987, the year after the Mets won the World Series. The stadium was demolished in 2001.Kurt Schweizer has a great collection of photos and a personal tribute to the old ballpark.
